RENEE MCGREGOR

Renee is a best-selling author and leading performance and eating disorder specialist dietitian with over 15 years experience working with elite athletes, coaches and sport science teams to provide nutritional strategies to enhance sport performance and manage eating disorders.

Renee has delivered nutrition support to athletes over the last two Olympic and Paralympic cycles, and regularly works with high performing and professional athletes that have developed a dysfunctional relationship with food.

Renee is also Nutrition Lead for Anorexia and Bulimia Care, part of the International Task Force for Orthorexia, and sits on the BASES REDs advisory group.

Founder

TOM FAIRBROTHER

Tom is a 2:34 marathon runner, iron-distance triathlete, and former eating disorder sufferer. Tom was encouraged by a coach to lose weight in order to enhance his performances, which triggered a two-year struggle with bulimia and binge eating disorder.

Now in recovery, Tom is a vocal advocate and blogger on mental health awareness, and has spoken about his experience in detail, whilst acting as a fundraiser and Media Volunteer for eating disorder charity, Beat.

Tom also works as Communications Executive for parkrun, managing social media for the world’s biggest running community, and has a BSc (Hons) in Sport & Exercise Science.
